Apparently at the time, he had been fucking about with black magic. He had been casting spells out of a copy of the 'Necronomicon' and he believed that he had summoned evil spirits, which were throwing haunting the apparment he shared with his girlfriend.
Apparently folks used to jump of the floor, straight into the ceiling and cupboard doors opened and closed by themselves.
