okay... first of all the line "ill be the first and the last one to go" confused me at first too. But i'm sure it means
"ill be the first (to be there, or to come)
and the last one to leave"
And they are Christians, but not a christian band, however most of their songs can be seen as a song toward or about God. I think that takes so much talent, a song with on the surface appears to be about a girl and/or relationship, but upon a closer look, a song about our Lord. I think that is great, seeing they are Tooth & Nail also points to the Christian side of view. I personally am a christian and like to think of them as a CHristian band even though they say they are not. None the less, they are a great band, which amazing lyrics. If this cd is the first you've heard, check out "the moon is down" possibly the best album of all time, right there with "tell all your friends", weezers "blue album", and the new Mae "The Everglow." all great great albums.
