Its about a girl who isn't really connected with reality. She just kinda floats from experience to experience, nothing really effecting her either in a good way or a bad way. Just going along with everyone else.
@sillybilly LOL I'm 50 and was brought up in Liverpool UK and you are so spot on ,you truly could have been talking about some of the girls I 'knew' in the 80's..'Style hippies' I called them ,talked the talk with little substance behind their drugged out gaze .
