The actual name is a bastardisation of 2 songs: "Loser of the year award" and "Rookie". The song content is a continuation of a song off of their "Tomorrow Comes Today" album - its called "white wedding dress" - hence the refrain.
The last line of the song is:
"The fire will now wash away the blood on her white wedding dress". The song is about a bride to be who is abused by her husband. Cheery, eh?
