Cover art for Your Armor lyrics by Charlotte Martin

Such a pretty song, with Charlotte's voice alone with the piano. She sings about a man she knews and loves and is not with; they've decided for one reason or another not to be together, but now she has rediscovered feelings for him. The shell he's built against her ('his armor,' if you will) and her own indecision whether she should or even wants to work to regain her place in his heart-- the honesty in the metaphorical lyrics is perhaps more heartbreaking than the situation itself.
