I think it's about a woman leaving a man. She basically tells him to stay away from her, and that she doesn't want to see him again forever because it's just too painful. The man is obviously devastated because he held such wonderful dreams for their future, and now they are gone. He also thinks that the worst thing possible is that he will go on and that their hearts will never heal from this breakdown. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth
