All I said is that it sounds nothing like STP, I didn't say it was a bad thing, nor did I trash solo albums or Scott in general. I can guarantee I am one of the biggest STP/Weiland fans on the planet, and know very well that 12 Bar Blues is exactly what you said, an album made to explore other musical avenues. Oh and yeah, most of the songs on the record sound nothing like STP
