i dont think this song is an insult to every single cop that exists...probably just the one cop hes singing about, which im guessing is one that busted him for something he felt was stupid and unnecessary. on the '97 thread they were saying he was put on probation for something (probably drugs), which makes a lot of sense when comparing that song with this one..."After my court date, I'll forget about you", that line kind of sums it all up....ive never heard an alkaline trio song that makes a broad and general statement that relates to an entire group or issue...they all have to do with small, personal incidents, so i highly doubt they give a shit who your dad is or what he does for a living.
