to me the song is directed towards someone who has completely obliderated an emotionally intwined person by making them feel like they could find seclution in them, after finding this seclusion and releasing all the things that he/she tried to keep within them all this time the person leaves him.(for whatever reason) then, he just spirals out of control feeling like hes completely lost everything and all hopes of going back.he then comes to the realization that he just really dosent give a shit about anything anymore
