I got a different message from this song. The interpretation I got was about my ex girlfriend. She left me for her previous boyfriend, but for some strange reason I still wanted her. I was just starting to get over her when she asked if I would spend the night with her. Me being foolish I did and found that I still had strong feelings for her. I knew I shouldn't be doing what I was doing...but it made me feel so good to know that I was still there for her in some way. "What do I do this for?
