bad ass fucking band, great fucking album, increadiable song.
pretty easy to figure out, the title says it all. for me, it's about the uneasy closure you finally reach when you get over a person. obviously some other person's actions greatly hurt or affected him in some way and this song is taking off the band-aid and realizing you have finally healed. i'd like to point out that i think this assurance is absolute, in that the "neither here nor missed" isn't a front put on to pretend to be alright. the author is really ok, or at least has found a way to find happiness.
