i think this song is about lust, this guy she really likes, however only wants her for sex, and she hasn't given it to him? and it's driving him crazy? but she's insecure...and she doesn't want to be used for just sex, but she's wondering if they do have sex, if he'll like her more....and the reason why she's witholding it isn't because she doesn't want to have sex, but because she's insecure and don't want to be used simply for sex.
