Unusual that no one has commented on this song. For my media coursework I've decided to turn this song into a music video. When I listen to it, it looks like it's talking about trend-followers and how they are trying their best to be the popular ones with the latest fashion accessories and whatever. He's talking about the way these people are living in the shadows of the popular people; trying to be something they are not. "Awkward in stances won't make you hip" - how they are trying to copy things to make themselves look good but fail miserably because it isn't who they are. "I can tell you have lost your sight" - talks about how they have lost touch with themselves and are a shell of their former selves. "Hop on bandwagons, you make me sick" mentions how these people are quick to get onto what everyone else is doing and follow in their footsteps.
i agree with you, M3G4 but i think that might be more 'where is the line' by billy talent. i'm not sure they would make two songs about the same thing?
