I think when he said its about a friend nearly falling off a roof, i thinks it like a metapore. Like a close friend lost his/her way, and where maybe close to doing something stupid. But it is a brilliant song, and i love it. James are such a good ban, yet so many people i know havent even heard of them! Brilliant stuff!!
