I think this song might be about tupac. I know DMX took offense to Tupacs trash talking on New York, and released a freestyle saying something about Tupac. This is kind of his style of battle rap too (ie no specific references-unlike hit em up by Tupac) its the same thing he did in "Party Up" , supposedly about Slim Shady because DMX took offence to "Forgot about Dre's" lyrics ("i'ma kill you an them loud ass mutha fuckin barkin dogs").
Whoever this song is about we can all relate to a main charcter (DMX) who has had his patience tested and or has a strong dislike for some trifling antagonist who we are either not scared of at all or some pumped up on adrenalin that we've forgotten fear alltogether. Arrogantly Mocking a potential enemy with "I just love when a nigga bring his whole crew It's just a bigger piece of cake for me to chew a hole thru", the main character is clearly more than confident, he's bombastic. We all love that feeling, to be intoxicated by our own power (or our own percieved power--when dmx is done barking and calmed down and thinking rationally would he really want to take on an entire crew of thugs? if he was so stupid would he reallly stand a chance? NO! thats why he and all rappers travel with body guards everywhere. We all know what its like to make claims we cant keep in rage like this main character, which is one reason we like this.)
