I think in this song, they're telling about how freaky the world is now-a-days. Like when he says "Terrorizing my soul like Bin Laden" and "And I don't fear bullets from Uzi's". I just think the meaning to this whole song is to just "bitch slap" someone into seeing how scary the world can be.

So my conclusion is that he's trying to get people to see how freaky the world is now, and sometimes we dont realize how scary it really can be. The eerie-ness of it seems to call out a warning. We're living in a weird world, and things like "1000 people dead" that are on the news have become almost normal. These things aren't normal and are signs that are world is changing possible for the worse.
