Anyway, I think this song signifies that there's a storm coming, and that it's not really a storm-it's really someone destroying someone else...tears soaking the pavement signifies that someone is going through emotional times for someone else's cause, and that it's telling you to let the tears fall...let them escape to free yourself from the emotions...I don't know, but it was the first song I liked on Song in the Air...maybe this is just my opinion.
