-he mentions a genie because he wishes that the next boy she kisses has something really contagious on his lips so she gets sick. and the drinking for 40 days and 40 nights...probably to get her off of his mind. he will take a sip every second hand tick and he will drink whenever she says "you mean so much to me"

-im guessing shes in england and by the title of the song i think she is there for school but while she is there she is with all these english boys. So he's telling her to tell the english boys about him(the american boy) the one she used to date. the one who would do anything that she told him to do.

I'm not really sure about the part where she says she hates him. but "the empty space that you create" part is saying that even though he isnt there, she will just be fine. and im guessing shes a bit arrogant because of the line "my flawless sense of style." he knows that the weather is nice in england so he hopes that it rains there to piss her off. when she says that she misses him, he knows that its a lie.
