Well i don't agree with most of the comments posted in here.. I think this is about a guy singing to his girlfriend.. Wondering, if she'd stay with him no matter what.. Everyone has those times when they're not themselves, they are irritated, they become somewhat agressives..
This is about the guy asking her if she's staying with him, not only in the good times, but also in the dark ones, "for better or for worse".
Anyway i can be wrong, but that's what it means to me
