I think it's about the state of some parts of society that aren't too nice, like criminal areas and stuff. I mean, in some places these bank robberies and stuff are a common occurence, and I think it's about how some people want to find out about the bad areas of society but "if you have to ask you'll never know" you have to experience these things for yourself.
