Okay, guys, they're a Canadian band with a Parliment. There's like a law in Canada that forbids people speaking against them or something like that. So, they'd write a letter to the President of the United States and with all their concerns (i.e. Same sex marriage in a state where they don't care, the jail time for murder, etc) and have him pass it to the leaders of the Parliment without mentioning their names so they aren't arrested.
