The lastest song from the White Butterfly album, this a whole lot more melodic than some of there older stuff, Dave really showing that he's got a broader vocal range.
I'm not quite sure about the meaning, I think it could possibly be about a girl who's mentally quite fucked up. He know's that somethings wrong, and she may be on the verge of killing herself ("She's slipping through my hands, and she begins to cry"). And he knows the next time he see's her may be on the otherside, which you'd assume is heaven or something like that.
And the only comfort he can gain, is by closing his eyes and pretending that she's there with him.
Well that's my thoughts on it, I just can't wait for the rest of the White Butterfly album now. It's due out in early 2005 I think now that InMe have got their record deal sorted out. And maybe another return to Middlesbrough when they're on tour...I really hope so!! :-D
