Ronnie James Dio is the elder statesman of heavy metal, sometimes referred to as "the voice of metal". He was in several very obscure bands in the 60s, but is most well known for his work with Rainbow (1974-79), Black Sabbath (1979-82, 1991-93) and his own band, Dio (1982-91, 1993-). The song's based around the fact he's in his 60s and still releasing albums and touring (Supposedly being past it). Excellent fantasy-style lyricist.
