This is a great song--one of the top three best Pedro the Lion songs--very clever. Using sarcasm and arguing from the point of view of the opposite of what Bazan believes, he uncovers the ridiculousness of the argument. Why should we believe in a God who changes with the times, as a relativist would say? If the sun is setting the same way it has for the history of the earth, why should God have to change to keep up with the “brilliance of men”. How arrogant! I love it.
