What decarabas said is exactly right, its about a child who was born to a woman who tried to have an abortion but died. His father grew up banging sluts and he lived off thier company. He felt the urge to rape, kill and molest the alive and dead bodys of young virgins considering the elements around him. It also talks about him trying to cleanse the world... its kind of a hidden message but if you read the lyrics enough you will start to get it. Its my favorite song by Cradle of Filth.
