"it's eery and so scary, i don't know who to marry" "it's saved me once to often, you never know how often, i've pictured you in coffins" (i think it's the thought of losing her has saved him from becoming apathetic; you don't know what you have until you've lost it) and i think he's referring to someone as Q, not cute. the song as a whole is about how he acts in relationships. it's about a girl that he cares about and she obviously cares about him (her sister came to beat him up over something he'd done to her). it's sort of a twisted love song, but beautiful for its fidelity--love isn't as simple as a hallmark card.
