even though i don't now exactly what the lyrics mean, i don't think they're meant to be ironic, as skunker suggests. first verses seem to suggest the i-person is angry on an ex-lover ('all those memories', 'now that it's over'), but then i don't understand how the last verse fits in. anyone suggestions?
