I think it pretty much tells the story of a chic that he sees at the bar that has a reputation for hooking up with someone new all the time. He's talkin about resisting hooking up with her because he knows all she's after is free drinks and sex, and that eventually it will lead to her being pregnant because of her lifestyle. he knows there is the chance though that he may give into her one night after drinking and listening to her bullshit and suprise everyone when he leaves with her.
