I'm not religious in any way, but this song just makes me feel like I should be. I love mewithoutYou, even if they're a Christian band. Anyway, I really don't know what this song is about, so that's why I came to read what other people think and I agree with michrenbou.
I read something that Aaron Weiss said and he said that "Catch For Us The Foxes" was going to be a lot more about his spiritual journey and finding God.
I think this song sums up that whole journey for him. I also think they should have put this as the last track on the CD instead of 2nd to last...it would have ended the album better, atleast that's my opinion.
