I relate this song to a relationship...how cliche. It is mostly just the first two verses that make me feel this way though.

Those are my favorite lines. It's like supressing emotional pain.

In the last verse I get the sense that some ex boyfriend is off with some other shallow meaningless relationships. In other words, he's a player.
