For me the song has a lot to do with being walked on over and over again and basically killing yourself (maybe mentally) to make someone else happy, "but I'll just suffer in a hope to die someday while you are numb all of the way" and the person you care so much about doesn't even notice how much you want to be their everything, they're numb to it because they can't see past themselves. And I love the last line..."Shoot myself to love you, if I loved myself I'd be shooting you." Kind of implementing that if the person truly cared for themselves they would get rid of whats causing them these feelings of worthlessness and constant betrayal.
