Difficult to decipher the meaning though. Seems like a song about a cold superficial society with a friendly appearance.. We are being 'drowned' in insignificant kindness( 'Human kindness is overflowing
And I think it's going to rain today'); we have to help and guide each other, but at the end of the day nobody REALLY cares!
