Wow, can't believe I'm the first one to comment on this song. My second favorite on "Horses" after "One Headlight". This song is amazing. I think it's about a succession of failed relationships, and how you've "just got to keep movin' on". You want people to help you through it, but "you're only sad and lonely and no one is impressed" and really you have to help yourself before others can help you.
