Virtually not one line has any meaning related to any other line ... stream of consciousness? More like stream of UNconsciousness!
The sheer SPEED and rhythm of the lyric saves it though, plus the tense palm-mute distorted guitar ... shades of his earlier Tubeway Army album stuff.
