This is how I see the song... "Zenith" means something at its highest point... like either a celestial body at its highest point in the "heavens" or someone at their highest point. So I think it's about someone who is depressed, or going through a depressed time and needs someone there with them.. not necissarily to cheer them up, but just to be there and make sure things don't go too far ("much stronger than sympathy, let your best friend pull back that leash"), because what they're going happens all the time and it's good for them("it's healthy if not for long") I think the "frozen man" refers to someone who is "emotionally frozen" so they don't feel anything, but it's not good to be like that and "someone somewhere has to cry" and the cycle that he sings about is the depression that person is in, but is saying to go ahead and let it run its course, it's not going to hurt anyone.... and finally, I think that the end part where he sings "I love how you let me fall under but not to far I love how you let me fall only now I see where we are hold me" is the person going through this talking to their friend, letting them know that they like how they let them get that way, but they are always there in case it gets really bad.... I don't know.... just my thoughts on it....
