I'm not religious in any way. I don't even believe in aliens, and the idea that anyone could believe in stuff like that actually disturbs me. Or when I listen to the lyrics that I'm singing along to from this song!
Basically he says that one day we'll be unified under a bright light in the sky, with all of our selfish desires gone.
To me this just rings "Jesus will return and you will all be saved"
I'll still sing along to it though. It's a great song. I just think the whole value-pushing is a little gross.
