I think in the first verse he talks about the system that kills his dreams and just confinces him in his actions he wants to do.
In the second verse he talks about you, as us.
He wants to save us from this system and tells us not to go with it.
In the outro he just says out what kills him in this world. What he really feels about it.
In the chorus the system takes his dreams soaks them in petrol, puts them into a bottle, burns them and trows them away...
