I am forced to listen to this crap, by virtue of the fact that the other people at my work listen to radio stations which only play this sort of junk, and noble though it would be, I can't afford to walk out in protest.
Also, I have families with a teenager living next door to me on both sides, who love all this pop-shite and play it loudly (this I can avoid mostly by blasting heavy metal at them).
