I think the title of this song has nothing to do with the words, but I'm not sure. It seems to just be referring to the two pianos that duo the whole way through this song.

Beautiful!!! "Drop the K" refers to gold. When you "drop the K" you put in other materials that aren't worth as much as the pure gold. It goes from 24 karot to 14 karot or something like that. When we allow something else to become our love (our skin/self) we don't have as much purity of heart.
