This has got to be one of the best Pumpkins songs never to be released on an album.
I agree with the above, it seems to be basically about a protagonist who hates those people who try to act like they have class, who aspire to a certain type of behaviour etc. - the 'debutantes and their friends'.
There's a bit more to it though. I think there are three parts to the song - first, the protagonist hates the rich pretenders, second he becomes part of their group, third, he takes advantage of this girl (I don't think it's rape though) and together they both escape the whole game to a new place, which is raw and free ('angels, barbed wire, fuck you, desire').
You have to love the aggression of the guitar... written in the most prolific period of BCs songwriting arc with the Pumpkins.
