i think the song mite be about anger, and fighting with someone you love.... the first verse lyrics(both brock and his buddy) make me think that they were fighting with someone, and they were trying to tune out everything that they were saying to them. The pre chorus and chorus are pretty much saying "despite our problems, i still love you, forgive me" the only confusing thing is "where the baptized drown, we used to breathe" that can possibly mean something like a sin(I have no clue, brock has stumped me on this one). the bridge i think is indeed about the control that anger can take over you, and makes you say things you dont mean, so u learn in the end to just keep your mouth shut.....I dunno, anyone agree with me about this stuff?
