This song's another one about a girl leaving a guy and the guy in question just wanting her back no matter what, even though it's obvious why she's leaving him ("She even gave me a decent reason for why she left") and that it's over and done with and you can't turn it around ("She's taken all my things..."). The ending ("I simply can't allow you breaking up with me, I'll do it this time") is basically saying that it's easier being the dumper than the dumpee, and that this guy's so sick and tired of being left, he just wants to do the leaving once.
