It seems like it would be about Bush.

All the other countries think that all Americans are just like Bush, so we are judged in a wrong way.

Thoughts of this country being invincible have been proven wrong, and now things have gone to hell

I think thats about how the Bush family trusted the bin Ladens and they turned around and attacked the country. Then feeling like the country is rebounding even though things have gotten much worse.

I'm not sure about the crawling part, I think it has to do with all the other countries maybe trying to crawl away from the mess this country has gotten into, and then the enemies part would be about how this country does nothing more than make more enemies everyday, and frankly the truth sucks. That's my interpritation.
