well heres my view on the whole name thing: HIM were orignally meant to be called his infernal majesty, (from a deicide song) because after arguing over a long time mige cleared it up by writing it really big on their best amp! but after a while they realised that it wouldnt really work as no one could say it as it was too long so they shortened it to HIM which is now their offical name. now, they do say if has many meanings like hanson is murdered and helsinki icehockey maniacs as a joke as his infernal majesty lost its real meaning after bein HIM 4 so long!
