no i disagree. you're all wrong. the medication is obviously not supposed to be taken litterally! its a symbol of how patterns of life (eat, sleep, love, education, duties, ect...) repeat every day and make us feel real-"I feel alive...", but we're all just the same, following the illusion of life, and jimmy gneco feels separated from the rest of the world because of he wants us not to feel dependant on this "medication" of life, because he sees it as just an illusion of falsehoods. we chose this illusion to not go insane from the suffering of life-"we've taken medication, so we can run away from, the things that pain us...". now i maybe looking too deep into this song, but i know one thing, i've read commentary on some of his works before, and i know its more deep than you're guys' theories.
