Here is my ideas on what the lines of the song could mean. My opinion is that the song is about love rather than drugs. Here is my dissection:

-Maybe he is thinking about suicide because he is so depressed.

-Maybe the girl he still loves is now in love with someone else.
No one ever said I don't enjoy the shame,
-He enjoys making himself feel bad, a sort of punishment for failing to get the girl to like him
No one ever said I don't enjoy the game.
-Trying to get a girl to like you might seem like a game... maybe he enjoys that aspect
Nothing ever changes here in my bizarre
-Nothing goes right in his life... his life might feel messed up, or bizarre
I came (to) a world, it's farther ruled out.
No one believed God loved his children,
-I am not sure about this part... ideas anyone?
I'm all alone, no one forgives me
-Perhaps he wants the girl to at least forgive him, or maybe even the girl's family got angry at him too for some reason.
