At Least We're Dreaming

i think this is about a young couple moving into together and possibly realizing they arnt happy and they both deal with in different ways. the guy by buying and doing drugs and the girl by sleeping around and their only source of happiness is dreaming of a better life and hoping that one day it will be better for them

"live in an apartment that bums me out it dont get better when the lights go out" they probably sleep in different rooms, the guy probably on the couch

"to the corner to call collect your mother wants to know are you happy yet wiatin for someone to come along and find you goin out at night lookin for distractions sleepin through the day theres no redemption wiatin for someone to come along and find you" she left after her mom told her not too and she wants to know if shes happy with the way shes living because shes sleeping around, trying to distract herself from whats going on at home

"im alright, I tell myself twice in the mirror before I cant go to sleep at night I need a lullaby I need some time I need to get a dime bag from my guy" the guy deals with it by doing drugs
