Ozma says that this song is about going to war, and it seems to make sense. 9/11 is the what the narrorator isn't going to let beat him "before the start of the fight" and knowing the war idea, the line "you say they're for protection but you use them to fight" is pretty self explanatory. Ozma's definately a great band, and for some reason, even though they have all it takes to be popular, they have an almost non-existent fan base.
