Has anyone else noticed a relatively good amount of songs, especially from around '85 to '95 [so it'd make sense], where "apple" could easily be replaced with "heroin"? Does anyone know anything about that?
I was looking on the songmeanings page for "Rotten Apple" by Alice in Chains and the biblical reference of "apple" with the loss of innocence was brought up - that would make sense in the context of heroin maybe, too.
