Seems like person (say it's a guy) in the song is totally crazy about someone else, but she doesn't feel the same and just plays him around, hence the torture he feels and why she enjoys it so much. Now she's gone and he feels responsible, like he's the one to blame. He's finally letting it out, letting his "silence scream tonight" while she's probably off doing it to some other guy... at least that's the best I can make of roaming like a "serpent satellite".
